        選筆

        1、鋼筆

        鋼筆的地位在硬筆練字中處于不可撼動的地位,較強表現力可以反映出毛筆的效果。關于練習鋼筆的選擇,我們可以遵從以下原則:

        (1)不使用美工筆。美工筆不利于穩定練習;

        (2)不使用寫起來不適的鋼筆。比如出現堵筆、洇墨、摩阻過大等問題;

        (3)不使用過貴的鋼筆。在成本練字的過程相對耗筆,盡量做到成本控制,貴的筆對練字本身沒有太實質性的幫助。

        中性筆

        中性筆有穩定、表現力強、便宜、便捷、書寫舒適等優點,是一種相對完美的筆。不止在此次行楷練習試驗中,日常生活中,大多數人更愿意使用0.5中性筆。

        中性筆的挑選可以遵從如下原則:

        (1)書寫流度。筆觸順骨,筆畫飽滿,墨色均勻;

        (2)握筆舒適度。長時間書寫不會有過于明顯累手、壓迫感;

        (3)墨干燥速度。書寫時不會被譜黑就行。

        3、其他筆

        除了鋼筆和中性筆,其他筆類都可以進行練字。種類繁多,最為常見的有鉛筆,圓珠筆等。不一定局限于某種筆。

        字帖

        分類

        字帖大體可分為三類:(1)筆畫結構詳解類(2)集字類(3)語錄文章類。初學者可以購入三類字帖分別一本,有一定基礎者可以購入后兩類字帖各一本,基礎扎實者可購最后一類字帖。行楷定型試驗于2019年6月10日啟動,2019年10月24日初步定型,所用字帖為荊霄鵬的《實用行楷字帖》(圖1)、《林徽因語錄行楷》(圖2)!秾嵱眯锌痔穼儆诩诸,《林徽因語錄行楷》屬于語錄文章類。

        推薦字帖

        當代有大量優秀行楷字帖,比如吳玉生、田英章、錢沛云等人的行(楷)字帖。

        昊玉生的行楷字站:《怎樣寫好寫快規范字》《公務員漢字書寫5500字》、《古文觀止》、《硬筆行書紅樓夢詩詞》等。

        田英章的行(楷)字帖:《鋼筆行書實用技法字帖》、《漂亮字的快寫技巧(行書)》、《現代漢語常用3500字(行書)》等。

        錢沛云的行(楷)字帖:《錢沛云硬筆書法技巧》《錢市云教你寫好硬筆行書》等。

        對于字站的選擇需要根據自己的喜好,但是也要避雷。

        選擇字帖三不選:不選折凹槽類字帖;不選手寫體類字帖;不選大幅度描紅類字帖。

        練習紙種類繁多,常見的有回宮格、米字格、田字格、空白格、橫線格、豎線格等等,練習紙的選擇也需依據自己的基礎,初學盡量選擇輔助線多的回宮格、米字格等,隨著階段的變化,練習紙也應該有所改變以減少輔助,達到科學練習的目的。按時間順序,不止使用了米字格紙、田字格紙、空白格紙、橫線紙、豎線紙、白紙。

        重點:從脫離米字格到白紙,練字整個過程都貫穿著田字格紙的鞏固練習,不屬于完全轉換狀態。

        另外,有以下幾個點可以注意:

        (1)當沒有問題的筆墨寫在紙上產生洇墨、阻力大等類問題,建議換紙。

        (2)不要使用線格過小的紙,選擇寫起來有種自然舒適狀態的紙。

        (3)不要刻意追求“好”紙,硬筆行楷的練習對紙的要求較低。

        練字內容

        從欣賞一幅書法作品的角度,至少會從章法、結構、筆畫(劃)三方面進行解讀,這三方面即是要練字的內容。

        章法

        章法是安排布置整幅作品中,字與字、行與行之間呼應、照顧等關系的方法,它著重于字與字之間、行與行之間的協調。章法包含著字形大小、字距遠近、字態正奇、黑白分布、落款鈴印等,利用這些手段可以使眾多單字在特定的風格下形成一種和諧穩定美觀又不失趣味的作品。

        結構

        結構是字內各筆畫長短、粗細、疏密、布局等。漢字從結構上分有獨體字與合體字兩大類。從結構形式看,合體字分為七種,即上下結構、上中下結構、左右結構、左中右結構、半包圍結構、全包圍結構和品字形結構,巧妙地組織筆畫讓筆畫布局合理,傳達的視覺效果越好。

        筆畫(劃)

        永字反映出了“點、橫、豎、撇、捺、提、折、鉤”八個基本筆畫。筆尖與紙面接觸的痕跡,反映出筆畫力度、角度、粗細、曲直等。筆畫作為練字的起點,是最基礎也是最核心的,務必加倍重視。

        練字方式

        臨摹字帖是當下練字最有效的途徑,但是部分人在臨摹之前往往忽略了一個前提:讀帖。將練字方法分解為三個部分:讀帖、摹寫、臨寫。

        讀帖

        讀帖需要分析字帖范字的筆畫、結構、章法。讀帖是一個發揮主觀能動性的過程,初步練習時應更多的注重筆畫的長短、粗細、徐疾、輕重,筆畫之間的俯仰、向背、離合、呼應,字的大小、方圓、高矮、寬窄等等。仔細領會字帖的點畫形質、間架結構、氣韻神采,才能下筆準確。對同一字帖而言,應從其點畫開始,觀察其起筆、行筆、收筆如何完成以及同一類筆畫之間的細小差別等,再到觀察毎個字的間架結構、位置布局和章法,最后則是體味字站的氣韻神采、風格特點,為準確地臨寫做好準備。對不同字帖而言,就比如不止選擇的兩本字帖,往往起到一個相輔相成的作用,為了解一個字體作好充分的準備。經過觀察,不止使用的行楷字帖,不像古帖變化較多,容易學習,方便掌握。

        摹寫

        市面上流通的大多數摹寫字帖采用透明度較高的硫酸紙覆蓋在字帖上,按照影子描寫(或者貓紅)。當你開始使用摹寫時前也要詳細的讀帖,做到心中有數。摹寫過程中,盡量與原帖的用筆一致,單字書寫一氣呵成,不可存在?筆填筆等問題。摹寫有利有弊,不止認為摹寫存在降低主觀能動性的嫌疑,故整個練字試驗過程都沒有使用摹寫。

        臨寫

        臨寫根據要求的不同可分為對臨、背臨和意臨。

        1、對臨

        可將字帖置于視角左側或前端,便于準確觀察。隨著練字形式的多樣化,對臨時關于字帖的擺放只要適用于自己即可,可通過裁剪字帖放大觀察范圍,不必拘泥形式;谧x帖,寫完后再將自己寫的與字帖仔細對照分析,找到不足做出標記,再次臨寫,循環練習直到與字帖的字高度相以。臨寫時不可看一筆寫一筆。

        2、背臨

        在讀帖,摹寫,對臨這些過程中,應當有所思索、有所比較、有所記憶,將字帖熟記于心,合帖臨寫,通過背臨這種方式來檢驗自己是否熟練,這種方式就好比背語文課文,作為一種檢查手段的同時,也是在鞏固字體的練習,以形成記憶模式,達到一種出筆即像的境界。有部分練習者對照字帖能寫得很好,一旦離開字站,不管是字形還是結構都降了層次,這就是因為沒有使用好背臨這一招。學習一個字體最后目的就是要將帖上字化為已用,想要到達這一目的,背臨是必經的過程。背臨還有兩種形式:空背臨和心背臨。由于這兩種方式不存在使用工具、時間、環境等的要求,完全可以利用碎片時間進行練習與鞏固?毡撑R可用手指、木棍等工具在空中、地上或身上,通過記憶比照字帖寫。心背臨即在心里描摹字帖,在腦中再現每一筆每一畫,這種方式適合睡覺前時用。

        3、意臨

        在臨寫時注入了自己的主觀意識,意臨是由臨摹過渡到創作的必經之路。諸多初學者存在一個問題:練字時喜歡摻雜自己的意識,這是一種正常的現象,但是也是要趁早正視解決的問題,到達意臨這個階段才開始融入主觀思維,切不可過早摻入。意臨可從為兩種,第一種是在原帖字體風格的基礎上,使用自己的筆法或結體特征來表現;第二種是在自己字體風格的基礎上,使用原站的筆法和結體特征來適應自己的“意”。

        注意事項

        三種練字方法的合理利用才能在練字過程取得一個不錯的效率,需要我們注意如下幾點:

        1、多臨少摹

        不止在為期四個多月的練習期間不采用摹寫是因為降低了主觀能動性。將摹寫與臨寫進行有機結合,以臨寫為主、摹寫為輔的方式取長補短,未必不是一種好的方法。

        2、循序漸進

        一般而言,從摹寫到臨寫,各項練習方法應當有效穿插,相互作為輔助關系。

        3、先專后博

        比如不止選擇的兩本字帖,先《實用行楷字帖》,后《林數因語錄行楷》,兩本字帖雖然都是荊香鵬的字,但有差別。先打好基礎,解決好筆畫結構,再進入長篇幅的練習。同時也可以找書家其他字帖,進行廣泛吸收。

        4、點面結合

        在練習前期,筆畫與結構的練習往往是結合在一起。由于諸多現代字帖制作是由字體庫生成,相同的字沒有變化,極有利于練習(也有弊端,不夠靈動)。練習中后期,筆畫、結構、章法相互穿插練習,可以進行通臨,形成面到點,點到面的良性循環。

        5、講究實效

        練字不是抄字,做事要做有用功,每一筆、每一字都需要精益求精,不求數量求質量。當今生活節奏過快,部分人練習時總想急于求成,練字不是一朝一夕的事,講究效率的同時也要注重堅持。

        行楷技巧

        連寫筆畫

        寫行楷書,往往將相鄰的筆畫連寫,以方便書寫。

        引用草書

        為增強行書的流動筆意,注重牽絲連帶,調節行氣,也可以把人們比較熟悉的草字直接串寫在行楷書中。

        簡化字形

        行楷書書寫時,由于連寫筆畫,可以適當減少筆畫數、簡化了字形,使書寫更加便捷。

        改變筆順

        行楷書為了連寫方便,有一些字改變了楷書的筆畫順序?傮w上要保證美感,章法布局上要講究錯落有致,空間布白。

        略帶斜勢

        行楷書在書寫時,為行筆連帶方便,橫可以大幅度上斜,字形略帶斜勢,自成新的體勢。

        大小相間

        行楷書在排行書寫時,字形大小,隨其自然,大小相間,使行氣更加流暢自然。

        章法布局排列

        字的大小講究有大有小,錯落有致,相得益彰,這樣能夠使整體更加美觀大方。

        規律技巧

        左短右長

        是指左部偏旁較右部要短、而且小。書寫時,左部要寫小、并略靠上一些,為右部寫寬長一些留出位置。這類字的右部往往有撇畫向左部的下方伸展,要恰到好處,不能伸的太長。比如:聽、作、觀等。

        左高右低

        點豎對正

        指在一個字中,有上下兩個中豎者,兩個中豎應當垂直對正。豎能對正,則字身不倒。在許多字中,中豎決定字的重心,安放位置對與錯就決定了這個字的好壞。

        左斜右正

        凡左右結構者,以左斜右正者居多,左斜為呼,右正為應,有呼無應,字勢必殤,有應無呼,無源之水,均不能立,呼者以斜而取勢,應者以平而安神,呈左動而右穩,書呼疾而應遲。

        書寫要點

        行楷入門,以吳玉生行楷字為例。

        常用字“大”字雖然筆畫簡單,但并不好寫,眼睛一看就會,但是寫出來總覺得姿態別扭。

        為了方便記憶,下面我把“大”字書寫要點歸結為“3直1彎”。

        ①橫畫要直,用中橫,要果斷,粗壯有力,不宜帶弧度;

        ②豎撇豎要直;

        ③捺畫前半段要直;

        ④豎撇跨過橫畫之后,急轉彎,弧度非常大。

        毛筆行楷

        姿勢

        坐姿

        寫毛筆字以坐姿為主。一則練二三寸大楷字無須站立,坐著寫就行了;二則坐著省力又利于凝神聚氣,注意力容易集中。主張寫二三寸大楷模也要用立姿的主要原因是為了練習懸肘,其實坐著寫也照樣可以用懸肘法,關鍵是方法要正確。正確的坐姿應該是頭正、身直、臂開、足安”(見圖下)。

        頭正:指書寫時頭要擺正,不可偏側。

        身直:指身體要平正、坐直,兩肩齊平,當然直立不是要昂首挺胸,而應該肩背放松,自然下沉,身子略向前傾,胸口與桌面保持一多的間隔,切忌彎腰駝背,甚至將下巴枕靠在左手背上。

        臂開:指手臂要往前伸開些,同時兩臂的肘關節也要向左右撐開,兩邊基本勻稱。

        足安:是指兩只腳自然地平穩著地,兩腿左右略微分開,其位置與肩寬基本相等,肌肉放松。

        站姿

        站著寫毛筆字身子可略往前傾,頭部正直稍微有些下俯,左手掌按住桌面上的紙,右手近于伸直,執筆的姿勢也要隨著站立而改變,手享下覆,手背與手臂幾乎成一平面。兩腳分開站穩,雙足之間的距離與肩寬大致相等。書寫時用手腕、手臂的運動來完成;如果寫特別大的字,甚至要用腰部的運動來書寫,兩腳可再分開些,使書寫動作可大一些。執筆方法也應隨之而變化。

        毛筆

        不同階段,不同水平,學習不同的書體,練習大小不同的字,對應的毛筆也是不同的。

        推薦實體店購買,而非網店購買。網店上的東西看不清摸不著,僅能通過幾張圖片來判斷,這種判斷方法很難看的真切,因此很多人發現上了當。而在實體店可以好好觀察,也可以根據不同的價格的毛筆進行一個對比,從而擇優購買,有問題也能在現場發現。

        用筆最好還是選擇品牌筆,價格雖是稍高點,但質量比較可靠,包括用料和工藝。

        范本

        平時多看名帖、看書法展、看名家揮毫。從好作品中汲取養分。推薦的以下范本。

        書寫原則

        1、線條堅而渾——激情原自線條的熟練。線是力和勢的組合,行筆要沉著痛快,做到穩健、輕便,重筆勢(即趨向),根據字形大小排字的走向,線條斜勢,整體縱向走勢。

        2、結體奇而穩——注意重心。欹側、擒縱、疏密、高低。

        3、章法變而貫——竹節式(幾個字一節)節數間有空隙;貫珠式(中心線);蛇行式(左右擺動);疏影式(疏疏朗朗)。

        布局要點

        1、一字不能成行。

        2、字與字之間有呼應,上承下啟,左映右帶,行距和字距不能相等。書眼放中央,可大些,字與周邊氣貫。

        3、整體上展出適合墨跡濃重的作品。掛家中適合疏淡的作品。

        4、作品中不能有錯別字,異體字不過于冷僻。

        5、作品整體布局上面重下面輕。

        6、評作品好壞主要看總體視覺效果:節奏、墨色、用筆。

        7、三三兩兩,似散還續,氣脈一貫,此布局之妙也。

        書寫技巧

        行楷的連帶

        筆畫連帶是行楷書的核心,唯有連帶,方能提高書寫速度。除了一般上下筆劃之間的連帶之外,還有一些特殊的連帶。

        1、改變筆順。如分、交、布、必、巨、王等字,筆順改變后,連帶順暢,書寫便利。

        2、筆畫合并。如頁、吊、此、高、非等字,筆畫合并后,兩筆并作一筆,使得上下連貫。  3、筆畫省略。如即、動、蜂、齡、它等字的點、小豎、短撇等次要筆畫,為了不妨礙連筆,就省略掉了,雖然省略了,但是仍易于辨認。

        4、筆畫替代。如風、喜、基、具、常、王、能、可等字,這寫字大都采取了描摹輪廓的方式來寫,用象形筆法勾勒出來,由于約定俗成,已被大家所接受。

        要練好行楷,關鍵要仔細觀察字的行筆路線,注意上下銜接,突出主要筆畫,減少對筆畫的修飾,盡量一氣呵成,使字渾然一體。由于書寫點畫簡略,隨意自然,行楷給人們以輕松愉快的感覺。

        書寫特點

        行楷的書寫特點是連、變、省,其筆畫比正楷字的筆畫自由,用筆方法也有許多變化。下面我們逐一介紹行楷的基本筆畫。

        行楷的點畫

        行楷畫卷頭尖、腹平、背圓、尾滿,前后顧盼。點畫都與字的中心呼應。下面是行楷字點畫的主要寫法:

        行楷的橫畫

        行楷字橫畫多數帶鉤,與前后筆畫呼應或者連接,有長短、精細、俯仰等變化,如果數橫并列,要有長短參差,筆勢也要有區別。橫畫在字中往往起平衡作用,因此書寫時要注意長短、角度和曲弧。

        行楷的豎畫

        行楷字寫豎畫不宜太直硬,要適當取斜勢或彎曲,收筆有懸針,有垂露,有帶鉤,有彎弧,但必須把力用到筆端,切忌軟散。字中的長豎作適當夸張。

        行楷的撇畫

        行楷字的撇有多種姿態,要注意長短、曲直的變化,書寫時常常回鋒,做到伸縮有度,與捺相配時要有變化,不能呆板。

        行楷的捺畫

        捺多用在字的右部或者右下角的末筆,有時寫成反捺或長點出鋒,但要注意帶曲,回鋒的方向要有變化。

        行楷的提畫

        提又稱挑,常在左右結構字左旁的末筆,與右半邊聯系。寫提筆要快而有勁

        行楷的折畫

        行楷字的折畫有圓有方,圓轉多于方折,圓度要潤,方折要頓。

        行楷的鉤畫

        行楷字的鉤畫多變并適度夸張。有些字本來沒有鉤,可以加鉤起連帶作用,但要生動求變,飽滿有勁,切忌軟弱、尖細。

        書寫關鍵

        八面出鋒

        借助于八面出鋒,自然顯出墨色濃淡,濕中有干,干中有濕,濃中有淡,淡中有濃,變化千萬,使作品富有節奏感。

        剛柔相濟

        剛力—鐵劃銀鉤(粗):柔力—行云流水(細)。

        惜墨如金

        要求蘸一次墨寫一個字,甚至數字。

        豁然開朗

        留白處有寬有窄,寬處給人以忽然開朗之感。藝術是制造矛盾,到解決矛盾的過程。

        中側并用

        中鋒得法立骨,側鋒得勢求變。中鋒是理性的要求,是書法審美的核心所在;側鋒是情性的化身,是書法通神的手段。

        深思熟慮

        創作前要深思熟慮,反復推敲,做到“胸有成竹”。

        一氣呵成

        書法是感情的流露,不是技巧的表現,要在身體與心情皆好的狀態下寫字。書寫時隨意揮灑,一氣呵成。

        錯落有致

        一般情況下,作品的行距要寬,字距要緊。字忌并列,要錯開。節數間有空隙,排列組合要有節奏,大小字參差,突出中間書眼。

        筆情墨趣

        書法是無聲的音樂,無形的舞蹈。求變化中有呼應,使整體和諧,有強烈的節奏和視覺沖擊力。用好拙筆,用筆略慢,動中有靜,寫出墨趣。

        重視貫氣

        書法的氣,是指點劃與不同字之間的呼應,字與字之間的趨向。

        書寫方法

        讀帖

        要練眼,即認真讀帖。讀帖是基礎,要仔細觀察字在方格中的高低位置、筆畫的連貫映帶、疏密和長短等,眼高是手高的前提,對字形要善于觀察、分析和比較,大致相同的字合成一類,舉一反三,達到事半功倍的效果。

        練腦

        要練腦或說練心。在細心觀察的基礎上,要把示范字牢牢地記在心里,只有把字形象記英語單詞、背數學公式那樣爛熟于心,深深地刻在大腦里,才能熟練運用。無論何時,一旦提到這個字,馬上就能想出這個字在字帖上的形狀,做到胸有成帖,腦有成字。

        練手

        練眼和練腦是為了搞清字該怎樣寫,心中能想出字的最好效果,手下卻不一定能寫出來,因為腦不一定能指揮得了手,手不一定能指揮得了筆。練手就是要達到心手一致、手筆一致的境界,所以練手也是至關重要的。練手主要是練指力、練腕力、練手感。

        練結構

        要寫好行楷,結構的練習重于筆畫的練習。字的結構是指字的筆畫的長短比例及筆畫間的穿插避讓關系。要掌握漢字的結構,大家可以寫寫黑體字,通過這種字體把結構進行校正,然后加以變化,寫其他的字體也就容易一些。
